In my nicer units I put the vinyl plank in living and dining room and carpet in bedrooms except for upstairs units I put carpet in living room for sound dampening.

SOW includes tearing down walls in the living/dining room to open up space, replace app the carpet with LVT, tear down the wood paneling, drywall the walls, and ceiling, full kitchen and bathroom remodel.  

One of the areas is pretty much a large dining room area and/or an addition that was made to connect the house to the garage, rather than having to walk outside to get into the house.

Bring Outdoor Dining Back?

I would love nothing better than government to actually work for the people, do smart things, not destroy economies (as I sit here in MN, land of the lockdown and winter outdoor dining....).
