My best recommendation would be to find someone who is doing something similar to what you hope to do in the space and have a coaching call or two.

LLC or Land Trust vesting is never stopping the existing lender from calling the loan, in fact the opposite, it may trigger it.

Assuming I purchased a property, how do I find renters?

If you ever plan to do any STR you’ll need a property with a casita or located in North Las Vegas or Henderson to avoid the Las Vegas rule requiring  occupying a primwry home while renting it out STR. 

Custodians do exactly the same thing but with the added regulatory and financial scrutiny noted above.

Plus, owner-occupied loans get the best terms, making it an easy entry point.

It might be best to hold off until you hear of other BP members who have experience with them.
