Not all projects are successful... and for the high volume flipper the ability to go back and get tax's paid if one has a bad year is something to consider.plus I think many folks just don't have the discipline it takes to run a Corp.. correctly were LLC is pretty vanilla.. plus you can have unequal distributions etc.
