I can confirm that last minute bookings (a month or less) have increased. 

I just want to confirm, I am not opposed to LLC's and have them, but 99% of people set them up wrong by first buying a proeprty, having a loan on it, then just transferring it to the LLC.

We use baselane, so is there a simple process with accounting software that would make this easy?

Then go down and ask people in that unit and confirm if there was any leak. 

The property management software makes it extremely easy and efficient.
