@Jonah Gunalda you fit the profile of a large segment of the passive investing community--someone who has a good income from something they are really good at, and would like exposure to real estate in their investment portfolio without distracting them from that very vocation that put them in the position to make such an investment in the first place.There probably isn't a "typical" profile of folks who do not and would not invest in syndications.

I am wondering if this area is 1) investable, 2) safe, 3) What is the long term outlook for this community? 

If you want to make a career of investing you get "one on one" training that is comprehensive, like at How I Made Millions Investing In Real Estatehttps://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/311/topics/1146250-how-...that should be in the $15k to $20K range and guarantee you'll buy properties or your money back.Or, if you want to learn basics and "dabble"There is a "community" that runs about $8k to $10K that says they have online videos and other community members to answer your questions.

There is not chart, there is a website called Vyzer that tracks this if you are an investor and use their platform.I know this does not give you a specific answer of XYZ, but I hope this helpsPS:As a moderator I am not employed by BP but volunteer to moderate the posts to make sure they meet community guidelines. 

I would be happy to talk more about locations/communities in the GS/OB area. 

Looking to hear what you would do - I've heard of people targeting 1031 Investors to sell large portfolios or multiple buildings but have no idea where I would begin outside of asking a community like Bigger Pockets.
