Biggerpockets and other oniline sources have state specific for $100, but we spoke to RE estate attorney who has one for $2,000 that he has litigated over the years and it holds up very well, State is GA.

The competing argument says we can keep printing money forever, many times in history people have thought that this will work and it always ends in hyper-inflation and the devastation of the economy, if we continue down the money printing path at the rate we are going we will begin to see continuous double-digit inflation which will create significant civil unrest and rioting, point to the rioting in the 60s and 70s in America and Britain as an example of this, or the rioting in the Weimar Republic in the 30s, or the rioting in Venezuela the last few years.

@Jerel Ehlert i am currently a project manager working for a good energy company and have been herding squirrels for the past five years lol I do work a lot with job site construction Managers plus our civil and electrical crews onsite in addition to coordinating between our engineering teams and customers.

@Andrew B. is correct--you'll have to file a civil suit (after the tenant is gone) to get a judgment.
