If it stays beyond what's paid for either move it to a storage area on your land and keep track of storage fees or see if you can have someone tow it offsite for you and in that case they will have to pay whatever fee the tow yard charges

It is legal as long as you use a convenience check from card #2 for the amount owed on card #1 into your bank account and then write the check from your bank account to pay off card#1.

Moreover, you can credit what you paid to Mexico against your US taxes so, depending on your US tax rate, what you pay to Mexico might end up making no difference to you because you'd have to pay to the US what Mexico doesn't charge you.

I found a buyer for my home, got a payoff statement from the mortgage company stating the payoff was $247,000 (principal at $233,000 + fees and charges), the buyer was willing to pay $271,000.

While my insurance charges are relatively low each year given this is a condo, I learned to better assess who is behind budget planning at the HOA level for all of the units for roof, cleaning costs, basement improvements (shared by all units), given this was run well by one individual.
