Be totally honest, highlight your positive attributes, study their areas of specialization so you only concentrate on lenders whose specific criteria you meet.Also, beware of the difference between DIRECT lenders, and brokers disguising themselves as direct lenders.

There were some imperfections in the floor we did, but we weren't bothered by them as it's not a high end unit and we consider them to add character. =) Menard's recently started carrying an industrial concrete sealer so we went with that.

I hope you enjoyed your time in my home country (although I am now based in Japan).Obviously you will find the prices in Atlanta much more reasonable than Australia, even accounting for recent gains in Atlanta attributed to large funds buying up inventory.If you are selling a place in Perth when you move back maybe you have timed the top of the market!

By being at the property a fair amount of time while doing the repairs and improvements, we were able to get a good handle on how the property worked and the character of our tenants.We didn't need to evict anyone, but one tenant (a female stripper with a pit bull) moved on her own.
