Feels like New Year's celebration !!!!!!

A little more than 6 months later slightly tipsy from a few drinks during my celebration, I was sleeping on the floor with a towel as my mattress and a coat as my blanket I can still remember closing my eyes that night hearing the steam pipes bang like a sledgehammer.

Hope and the promise of great things to come has always been at the center of Abib.Something I love about celebrating the Hebrew New Year is it gives me another opportunity to set goals.

Maintenance is tolerated not celebrated.

However, this plan is very controversial at the moment with lots of opposition from businesses because it reduces the number of car lanes.  

I dont take one side or the other and I think a lot of people on this thread are trying to put it in a "box," so that they can wrap their minds around it by calling it an investment or not an investment or a savings plan or a savings vehicle.The way I see it is it has a lot of pro's and con's you just have to use the pros to help further your objectives and have active plans or planning to mitigate the con's so that the intended use has a high probability of success within your given plan.Buy term insurance and invest the difference is an often controversial debate and each side argues their own end to no avail.
