You have Harborview Medical (level 1 trauma), Swedish/Fred Hutch cancer, Virginia Mason (cardiac) and the Poly Clinic is close as well.I am not saying you can't do well but make sure before you jump in.

Plenty of doofuses here in the capital region still get arrested for it even though under DC and Maryland law its decriminalized. 

IN Mississippi I did this for a big flipper there that got a cease and desist for having properties on his website he did not own and was just taking an assignment fee at close... well we stopped working together and he went right back at it .. got caught again and got arrested and thrown in jail.. its happens..

I understand that illegal drug activity is grounds to be discontinued from a state or federal program like Section 8 however if there have been no arrests or convictions it because a he said she said deal.
