Basically this complex is six unit three-story and all one bedroom with 700 sq. ft. each. and street parking (no parking garage) Please let me know what additional info I need to provide to better helm me on this project.thank you 

@Dwayne RoweWe did a consolidation loan through a commercial banker (basically a multi-property DSCR loan) where we took out one loan that paid off 5 higher interest rate properties, and took out cash as well at the same time.    

As for other amenities, some crowd-pleasers that won't break the bank are coffee maker + starter pack of pods, basic workout equipment (yoga mat, resistance bands), phone charging stations by the beds, and basic kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc.

This is why many buyers choose to pay cash even if they don't have to as they want their cash to be invested indeed, especially given the current inflation.

Has potential buyers shaky.

Basically, it turned off our furnace and I watched until temps started hitting 56F inside, then reached out gently to educate that our AC (blower) is disabled in the winter and the furnace needs to stay on.Hang in there.

If they do, then you can likely find another tenant for that amount fairly easily, as I would assume the entire town's taxes are up- so if someone really wanted to be in town, that price is the new normal.If your taxes increased that substantially in a C neighborhood, your tenants would way more likely give push back for that type of increase- even though you're not being greedy, you're just imposing the same raise you were given.Often the buyer who had the "well, the numbers are better" mentality is only looking at year 1. 

Personally I will not be happy with a basic refridgerator in my rental. 

At that price point, a seller's chances of finding a cash buyer go way up.
