You can contest a higher Tax bill and go before the Board with all your Evidence.

Copies of receipts for materials and paid bills for labor are evidence of value, but not essential.

Once you know your goals, you can pick a market that fits the bill.

I'm less interested in the stress of building if it's just paying current bills.

The only problem is finding a way to make that transition, while paying the bills.

@Bill S.I already offered $250 cash for them to move out when they said they would (March 15) Of course they called with an excuse that afternoon saying they could not leave because of Blah, Blah, Blah......

With six kids, the dentist bills were killing me, and every time we had to travel, it was painful economically!
