I'd personally create a STR PM company and automate it myself and you would be making a killing if you are in the San Diego market.

Looking for a long-term, serious partnerships where I would provide CMAs, could show properties, submit reasonable offers and provide automated searches.

I'm interested in starting a direct mail and or ppc campaign that i can start to drive leads and get in front of sellers but i'm not sure how or what. there is so much out there and i'd like it to be as automated as possible. listsource and yellow letters?

@Jacob Kline, i do not use carrot, but it would be the same idea. my guess is the better branded the site the higher the conversion. as in people are more likely to fill out the lead form on something like iwanttobuyyourhomenow.com compared to abcdefg.com. we have our leads tied to Podio, this along with some other tools, automatically sends out texts, automated calls and emails.

There are also some software and Apps that do a lot to automate the management aspect as you continue to scale.Collin

Tenants can mostly rent units via the software now, but I do have a property where it doesn't make sense to put in the automation because of the property size.

There's a lot you can automate with a laundromat, I'm looking to continue improving customer experience and branching out into drop off and maybe even pick up service for local businesses.

It can also sync with mailchimp but with the email integration and automation tools that come built directly into the system, it doesn't seem like you would need anything else.
