Possibly but the problems I’m having stem from having too many cooks in the kitchen already so to speak, and failures of what is supposed to be seamless transitions among different payment systems, so I’d be worried that adding another layer of complication, more entities and more software could lead to more potential failure points.

Multifamily doesn't need any more pressure/demand since cap rates can really get low when too many people pile in, but I have to say that commercial real estate (including large MF) and other types of passive investing (mobile home parks, storage, etc.) can really make like much easier.

I've vehemently argued against acquisition fees, syndicators that don't put a significant investment in their own deals, anything called a fund, large GP groups where you don't know who is in charge, and syndicators who ONLY raise money and don't manage the property, plus many other more minor sins.
