You can couple that news with the news out of China today that they have decided to cut their interest rate, lower Bank Reserves, (banks can lend more money) and make it easier for people to buy houses and they are also actively pumping money into their stock market which is to say we were going to have the massive inflation going forward.

I could definitely appreciate your purchase if you are running a more active and construction based real estate business but I have some qualms about liability and would want to know more about your business structure.   

We have a clause in ours stating all vehicles on premise must have an active registration.

An active real estate investor will buy a property and rent it out (long term or short term) or flip it.
