I'm prepared to take the time I'll need to get every step from A to Z down to replicate this process. 

Meaning 12 mo lease = X, 6 mo lease = Y and M2M lease = Z with the M2M being the higher options.

Fast Home Offer, Housebuyer Network, Z Buyer and the list goes on ...

If I want $X/year, then I need Y properties cash flowing with an average of Z.... and I got discouraged.This is not a get rich overnight deal, it is for the long term.

You need to properly underwrite the asset from A-Z.  

Gary- Great to see you understand the true importance of having a qualified "team" in place, when I say qualified, I mean full accountability A-Z, especially being so far away, not just management by the construction, acquisition, etc..... its all important from such distances.

If your option is to start with managing your own units first I like that idea because it shows you know A-Z.
