To anyone who has a blanket rule "I do not rent to felons" needs to be very grateful they were not caught doing stupid things as a teenager and 20 something year old....

One tenant (We'll say tenant B) is month-to-month... we want to keep him and his 2 teenagers.

. - just don't trust students to know anything a teenager wouldn't know, like how to keep pipes from freezing and that they shouldn't stand on the toilet and pee out the window. 

I had my teenage boy crew haul away the old pipes so that was cheap to address but an inconvenience.
