Areas in Pierce county like Tacoma, Edgewood, Puyallup, Sumner, and Lake Tapps are areas that I can see having a tremendous amount of appreciation in the next few years.

Another friend told me he makes between $70-$80K each year off of his rental property, however, he has a very, very nice home with 6 bedrooms, a sauna, a lake and it's near Hunter ski mountain so he pretty much gets year-round rentals.

Yea it does seem like there is more crime then mn were I was before but the lake reminds me oh so much of the ocean when I was in the service and is so beutiful I really hope I can meet some good people and settle down here

We've got Walmarts, movie theaters, a bowling alley, a lake, tons of restaurants, etc. 

My parents have also thought about flipping houses, so I'm wondering if I could get them to fund some of the money as well.I'm going to research areas and houses for the next two months or so - we also have to watch "lake dues" out here, they can be brutal.

Anytime I moved higher than that I couldn’t get tenants and that’s in a good area (friendswood/clear lake).

This property is in Lake Worth and I have been told that they deal with things differently than Palm Beach County.

Currently I have 2 different projects in Lake Highlands. 1. 3.2 acres that are designated for 18 individually plotted SF new builds w/utilities in place,  and alley way paved.
