If we try and quantify the life time wage difference and assuming that you remain employed 100% (which has a lower probability of happening if you don't graduate college) we will see that graduating college has a NPV that 12% higher than going to but not graduating college.

I would like to see  more details to quantify this term because I don't want to get into a situation where the property manager can arbitrarily use this term to cancel the contract while I am still on the hook to pay management to the end of three year contract.
