But with a small one person deal you're probably going to pay the price of their learning curve.Biggest difference between Bigger Pockets and Yelp I suppose would be that you can look at reviews on profiles and actually reach out to those folks through BP private messaging so you can verify they're not a robot.

On the upper right, there's a magnifying glass icon, to the left of the bell icon, which is next to the photo (profile picture) icon.

For now, I'm focusing on wholesale to help save up money to fund my first flip.From the research I have done I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I need to start my business or form a LLC (of course for a name, website, flyers, etc.) and to start putting in crazy amounts of leg work like driving for dollars and getting some leads together and started up in order to put together a profile to find potential cash buyers..Is there any advice you could give me that would help out with the beginning stages of starting up my wholesale business?

**fine print - Individual results will vary by the individual tenants credit profile, zip code and claims history....Here is an Ohio example of someone I quoted last week - $15k in property, $100k liability, $1k deductible premium was $187 year / $16 month.Increasing Property to $30k and Liability to $1 Mill the total premium is $275 year / $23 month.

@Jon Dorsey The 'environment' does not change business fundamentals.Parks with POH are two separate business: one is the MHP, which generates revenue and expenses from the operation of the park; this has its own value and risk profile.
