Only 1 in my closet! 

The inspection revealed both intact and particularized asbestos underneath the house and in the closet which houses the old/decommissioned furnace. 

Many properties in my area were built in the 1950s.I am going to paint the interior, replace the carpeting with vinyl plank, and update the closet in the kitchen to turn it into a pantry.  

I have photos and a video in the ad but since the house has very small rooms/closets I require the potential tenants to view before signing anything.

For all those DIY landlords, what color/sheen do you use on the inside of your closets?  

I've had applicants who have simply turned their little darlings loose to run through the place, opening and slamming closet doors, hanging off the door knobs while mom and/or dad stood back looking overly exhausted at their offspring. 

The drain line was plugged, water was backing up and triggering the kill switch, which shuts off the outside condenser to prevent more condensate from collecting and overflowing the pan (single story house, inside unit is in a closet and the pan is inside the unit). 

I assumed it was the water heater closet or something along those lines. 

I wrote a comparison of this event to a water heater leak at another property a few years ago (before our system was deployed) where the supply shutoff valve on a water heater in a closet of a second floor unit leaked and went unnoticed by the tenants until the laminate flooring in the adjacent room started to cup.    

Customers would be able to update their account and view their bill and water consumption online via computer, phone, or other portable device.The new bill would be easier to read and provide our customers more and better information.Reasons for Rate Increases:Water:The water capital improvement plan is estimated at $1.3 billion over the next six years.
