I don't have any suggestions for FL lenders, but I have a few foreign national clients and getting an American Express card on the strength of their international bank credit has gone a long way towards making the process easier for them working with US lenders.

I would look at possible lenders like American Heritage Lenders.Hope this helps!

You should be able to get a prelim at any of the big title/escrow houses - Fidelity, Old Republic, First American, etc.

Along these same lines, an app like Venmo may work with a prepaid card (registered to a network brand like American Express, Discover, etc), but the issue with the daily/monthly send limit would be an issue I think.
