If a significant portion of low income laborers were to be deported, both the cost and availability for pouring new concrete would become stressed.

When I sold my properties, the price did not increase much (though there was still a slight profit, couple with the rental I had over the years and currency gain (bought when USD was low and sold when USD was high).

That $450 a month seems low.

So like here in Oregon were the Juice goes down to 4 cents a kilo watt at 10pm ( low use time). 

I submitted a low-ball offer and it got rejected.

For those that are 1-4 unit properties on fixed-rate 30-year mortgages, I'm generally not making any changes since they were purchased at low interest rates.

I would most likely never invest in a syndication, but it seems like this would be a great opportunity to "buy low" based on all of the failed ones I'm seeing.
