Police came to my home to arrest me that night for trespassing.

His son got arrested so he won't be needing the property for a while and just wants to off load it.  

My PM called the police, and the police told my PM that the squatter had already taken possession of the home, and made my PM give the squatter the keys to my house or face arrest.  

Police came to the property and arrested him! 

They could put a fine in place, but they're not just going to arrest him.How the PMA process is different is fundamental. 

Basically the opposite of some impoverished scumbag such as myself with ruined credit, regardless of my lack of criminal nature (I was arrested once because I failed to pay a $35 traffic fine a few months prior to that!).

The sheltering need not be clandestine, and harboring covers aliens arrested outdoors, as well as in a building.

I'm unsure of how it was specifically done but, when this person was arrested, it left damage to the lock and the frame of the metal security door to the house.  

They said, "what are you going to do when the crooked group decided to falsely arrest you for something, or shoot you".
