Fwiw if your looking for a similar market (slightly more expensive depending on area) that I think is more stable and has more upside look on the eastern shore of md.

I thought it would be helpful to share it here.There are multiple canceled events and conferences.

It looks like the eastern seaboard and Washington state are getting hit the hardest (as of today) 03/14/20.Maine and Seattle have both halted evictions (according to other posts in this site).The San Francisco area looks like it's getting a lot too. 

If and when this pandemic simmers down and I feel comfortable attending cons, I *think* I can write off the BP conference.

I watched the governor's press conference this morning and that's not what I got from what he said.

The eastern Massachusetts market is tricky because of the value of the homes coupled with the amount of investors looking for deals.

I told my boss I would not be returning, I began taking online Real Estate classes, and just booked my flight/AirBnB for the BiggerPockets Conference.
