If the buyers have the house inspected a good inspector will let them know whether or not there is any mold so it's not like you are trying to be dishonest or trick them into buying a moldy house.

Thanks for the feedback guys and I agree that not only do we as a society rename or attempt to rename all sorts of things, processes, etc to achieve a better "image" for those things and also agree completely that if people see that renaming as something disingenuous or worse, dishonest that can have even worse results than the original problem you're trying to solve.

If I did not purchase the 4-plex you looked at I would make a point to bring it back up to see what he says and ask him point blank why he was dishonest with you during the first meeting.

I would just say don't post or do anything that is dishonest or disrespectful and you will be fine.Second, I have found all the calculators super helpful for quick analysis of a property.
