Primary residence shell game this might work for the first few units but would take too long for all of them and the hassle of changing addresses every two years to fake my primary residence for the IRS sounds like a hassle.

You need to have wording in your lease that addresses the potential of holdover tenancy and your inability to turn the unit over to the new tenant.

I want to address space/safety concerns before beginning any kind of screening process.
