This was because agents were scamming little old ladies out of millions of dollars.

I sent them my package and a few hours later, the lady called back and said this is my offer and we are not negotiating any more.

Are there different rules for that, b/c I doubt he wants to stay with some old lady... etc.

And the lady that i dealt with was so nice and easy to work with, that i would deal with these people again any day of the week.
