@Chris Seveney when you say solid surface you're referring to Quartz / Granite?

I use those as a guide and reference for tenants.That said, I do have some tenants below market rate.

If that is you please DM me as I am struggling to find any legit reviews good or bad unless it is straight off his website or from angry people screaming scam alert without actually having done anything with it.

In retrospect, some yellow flags found by the property manager during the tenant screening are now bright red flashing sirens, but the tenant showed decent credit, had a positive previous landlord reference, wrote a charming cover letter in his application, and applied through the referral of a reputable real estate agent.

This website has been an amazing find and hope to learn more and share my experiences as I grow.
