At the end of the term, we are obligated to provide a $100,000 credit at closing toward the purchase price for the buyer/tenant.

We are now at 100% occupancy in our apartments and our restaurant is committed to a 3 year NNN lease and a $150,000 renovation at their own expense.

Came across Robuilt’s Black Friday offering for his Comping Course Black Friday deal.

His wife passed in May of 2023 so we are trying to work out a deal before May 2025 so we can avoid the capital gains taxes.

We fee like a conservative approach will let us go through the growing pains of better understanding real estate investing without the worry of being over leveraged to add to the stress while we are both still employed full time in our careers and do not plan on quitting our jobs to go fully into real estate.

Hey @Robert Carmody, we are only on AirBNB and VRBO and they work just fine.I have been reluctant to do a Booking.com listing due to the negative reviews I have heard from other hosts.Booking.com was geared towards hotel stays, which means your STR gets treated like a hotel room.

So much so that we are thinking about buying an investment condo in a new development that just blew our mind.

It has been about 2 years and now we are starting to have companies come to us.
