They just have a higher cost of business than a SFR.The hospitality component is something most people underestimate when starting but I see the listing of restaurants, bars, venues... you guys provided.The returns are higher but more work with turnover/furnishings involved (most of which can be somewhat automated).

When I visited I liked LoDo and the area around the Fillmore and other live music venues.  

I would select a market with a large dense population, a relatively high median income, job and population growth, venues for sports or entertainment and an area near hospitals.

Right now, the first one will be at Panera Bread, but afterwards, we'll be looking for a venue that has a separate room (with possible TV's for presentations).So if you (or anyone) is interested in helping start up a Katy BP Meetup, feel free to come to the one starting tonight at 630!   

Well with the starting of our wedding and event venue along with a few Glamping tents and cabin, I am considering growing my company J&P Unlimited inc into that field as well.
