When I was doing mine, I found out my attorney would have been a goldmine of leads....if there wasn't the whole attorney/client confidentiality thing getting in the way....lol Since mediators aren't attorneys, I would wonder if they don't have the same responsibility of confidentiality and could propose you as a way to dispose of martial residences quickly......

Guy tried conning me out of reporting it at first so i lawyered up right away (he was driving a benz).

Feel free to skip down to the bottom if you just want to look at the numbers, but the numbers aren't what are really tripping me up right now.Background: I'm 30, work full-time as an Engineer, and have no debt besides my two mortgages - our current residence, and our former residence, which is now our one rental.

A lawyer is going to cost you more anyhow.Take the lesson of - whatever is in writing is what the deal is- if you of see something again you will be sure to get it fixed up right away and Don't take someone's word for it.My advice is look for another loan person or walk away.
