It's cheap and very easy to transport/install.

The projects you see going up now have been 10 to 15 years in the making and others approved but with no money sit idle.For transportation in Atlanta with road projects we are over 20 years behind in current projects wanted for completion.

In my state, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) offers early completion incentives and late completion disincentives (penalties) to the construction contractor.
