My rental property is just being rehabbed and will be ready for tenants in the new year.I've had investment properties for a number of years now, but always rented to family and friends, so this part is new to me.The area is near a university so there are a lot of students looking for accommodations.

Until you can make that case, start filling out the common application, keep your grades up, and choose a university/degree.Good Luck!
