I figure with that luxury this could be a win win for me.I know I am not fully prepared at this time to make that commitment (Education wise) so if anyone can send me some feedback on the steps I will need to take considering I will be only 18 with no credit, and where I might want to change things or a better way to go about this I would really appreciate it !

I am also seeing a lot of large luxury apartment buildings near me outside Philly (conshohocken, malvern, west chester) and a lot less new construction SFR.

I have this luxury in town, but many others don't.  

I gave up some luxuries to be here on a pro membership.

I think it totally depends on the level of trust you have with your daughter.We don't have a lease with her but she is ultra responsible.

You can get something cheap properties in Upper Darby (in Delaware Co) or Norristown (in Montgomery Co) to multi-million dollar mansions on the main line (also mainly Montgo, Chester and Delaware).

BTW - we are referring to the home as The Spearmint Rhino due to her luxurious color, not because there is a stripper pole in the attic, but don't worry - we may add one.

There is a lot of development going on right now, with new condos and luxury student housing.
