We're willing to pull the trigger despite the shadow giants of fear and failure hovering over us and reaching into us to clench their mighty fists around our hearts, as they do to every person starting out in real estate investing.What did you do right starting out?

I have been wanting to get into real estate investing for a while but i didnt want to pull the trigger on any properties or deals until I felt decently educated, so I have been reading, listening, and studying as much as I can in the past year or so and bigger pockets has been a godsend.

Should I work on pulling the trigger on this place?

I had been wanting to go pro for almost a year, but hadn't pulled the trigger.

I am finally pulling the trigger, and getting my first deal done I close tomorrow 11/15.

Usually this trigger is the sale of the properties.

I have been interested in house hacking for a while. trying to learn more more everyday while building up my capital for a down payment+reserves and expecting to pull the trigger in the next 6-12 months.

So I’m pre - pulling the trigger, but I do have the ability to find quickly once I decide on a home.
