Holiday pastries or snacks are always a great gift to hand out!

An easy way to learn this is to go to a big title insurance company an ask if they have an hand out booklet in real terms/glossary. 

Can't wait to see who has their hand out when the tax money starts flowing in...

I want to get business cards created for networking and to hand out when I show my properties to prospective residents.

@Chris Mason these are both new tenants who claim they tried to pay in our office but no one was there, we can't prove or disprove this. our website, lease, and new tenant hand out say you have to pay online. they both claim they don't know how despite the step by step walkthrough hand out.

I'm going to attend the conference in hopes of networking with other property managers and learning tools to maximize the Appfolio software.Karen,Not going to that one this year but will be at the NARPM Florida state conference next month, and that is a great place to network with about three hundred property managers and about 50 vendors the trade show to help efficiencies, marketing , managing anything associated with property management  

Make sure you have some basic knowledge first because a mentor will want to see that you are serious and do not just want a handout. 5.DO NOT GIVE UP!

People don't always like to hand out info willy nilly, but they generally like to prove someone else wrong when you say something less than nice about something of theirs. 

paid $199 for 3 day weekend.even that cost was not worth my time - no refreshments, no handouts or downloads,they advised u are not able to record or photograph.
