I am not entirely sure on this one, but I remember with the covid relief you could take out up to 100K from your 401K interest free if you replace the money after 3 years2.

I've looked all over for information concerning the portion of the Covid Relief package that was passed in late December and cannot find anything other than it seems it will be administered through state and local governments.  

Unless they extended that in the recent relief bill that window as already closed. 

Housing subsidies included in Covid Relief Legislation will not come near resolving the financial burden placed on property owners/landlords during this crisis - nor is the court system equipped to handle the eviction tsunami in the making. 

My tenant stopped paying rent because of covid-19 now and I wanted to point them to rent relief programs in California.

As of right now, there is a utility relief program that we are planning on taking if the pardon doesn’t work out.

Either way - I would support the petition for landlord relief on principle alone.

The Biden administration will have many irons in the fire over the next 6 months.I expect to see small tax-related bills, particularly related to COVID relief, passing through with bigger omnibus bills.
