My question is, what's the market like for non student occupied housing?

And are you renting this to college students? 

Any lot that doesn't tow immediately will be constantly full of students trying to get to campus. 

STR options in VB beach areas, college student rentals (SFR and multi) near NSU, HU, ODU, and Wesleyan.

I believe my love for rehabilitation, interior design, experience in leading various teams, creating systems, and managing students will lend themselves well to the responsibilities of being a landlord. 

Find an architecture student who needs money and can generate as built floor plans for you for probably $250. 3D for maybe $400 for a 2k sq ft house.

Provide good homes for college students.

I think it requires certain level communication skills and rationale (which I dont have).My tenants now are self-employed gardener, and the other is a Doctorate student.
