Starting out?

I'm just starting out and getting reps in on analysis, so maybe this is a silly question, but hoping others have wondered the same and curious to hear yall's thoughts!

It sounds like you’ve got a great start, and I’m sure you’ll do well in wholesaling.

Frankly I used to be on BP a lot, then when I started doing syndication, no one discussed much about syndication on BP so I just went to other places to learn.

I started digging deeper (which I probably should have done sooner) and it turns out, they've been on the market since March.

I have some of the required funds in a HYSA, but will most likely need to draw from another account and I'm curious which method is the most efficient in terms of taxes/capital gains, penalties, loan repayments, etc.Based on my previous transactions in the market, I estimate ~$45k cash to close: $20k for the down payment, $15k for closing costs and prepaids, and $10k of starting reserves.

It's a little ways away from Charleston, which has kept it off the radar, but it's starting to become a more significant beach destination.

Other introverts will feel comfortable with you and that could actually help your journey......more important qualities are honesty, integrity and being a harder worker than others.Just be yourself and go get started.
