So even though you pressure washed them until they gleamed, it doesn't remove the urine that soaked into the wood.

Think urine smell soaked into solid oak original hardwood!

I have the same issue as I live on a sand hill and when it leaks I may not even see it for months because the sand soaks it up a foot below the surface.

My goals right now are to get started with my first deal, then replace my living expenses, and finally match my W2 income within the next 5 years.I have been soaking up information like a sponge the past five months.
