This level of service is NOT typical for the Lehigh Valley, and it’s certainly not what we’ve experienced with our PM or others we know in the area.A property manager should be proactive in tenant placement, responsive to inquiries, and transparent about efforts to fill vacancies.

I keep getting the run around and saying oh it's just the slow months and things will be picking up soon. 

One of the project neighbors slowed the project by 6 months by appealing the staff decision through design review, planning and zoning and city council.

They are MUCH more responsive and even managed to recuperate most of the owed rent via landlord/tenant assistance programs.

The responses from this group have been incredibly helpful.
