With how tight new construction homes are these days being 100% spray foam this isn’t the worst thing as far as the HVAC goes.

Looking back there are a few months we could have shaved off, but not a ton.  

Bought one gel foam mattress from Costco.

Not that I made any decent money when I got out, either, but I went to college and ended up with a doctorate, a good public service career, a nice grove of rental properties and the ability to grow my beard out any time I didn't feel like shaving.
