I consider myself to be pretty successful, and I do not get up early to do that (I also go to bed at 10 pm every day, usually on weekends too) If I got up at 6 am every day so I could get more done I feel it would add another 90 minutes to my day but it would probably take me longer to accomplish the things I need to do because I am groggy and not mentally sharp.
