I have  4 LLCs for commercial assets, but dozens of houses over 20 years never saw the cost/benefit of doing secret quitclaim deeds after the fact to get conventional financing and risking my hazard and title insurance just to be 'sophisticated '. 

If you died tomorrow and I were to email this to your kids a couple decades later… this is what they would hear:a) What is your secret/hack for the “Science of Achievement?”

Obviously there are some people who make it in wholesaling but not enough to warrant the prices the gurus want to charge you for their "secrets."  

I learned a lot from the mentor, but none of it was a secret and I could have found it all on my own through sites like this and I could have saved a lot of money. i was impatient and I thought that with the base knowledge I had the program was going to push me over the hump. 2.

Sensory issues are not uncommon, but most people with them keep them a secret from others, because they do not wish to come across as "weird."

When one pays $100 they're looking for secrets, not obvious stuff.Find a partner with money. 

@Daniel Lynch, I would add two things:1) I secretly hope the gf is an active BP member and this is your passive-aggressive way of giving her a hint;2) if you do charge her rent, do it all via email and never address it in person (super passive aggressive) and if she does try bring it up, just refer to "the landlord" in the third person and commiserate with her about what a greedy stickler he is.

In this industry, people keep their leads a secret and I can't really blame them.
