@Mike H.I don’t have North Georgia mountains experience but I do have metro Atlanta (Kennesaw) Airbnb and vacation in Florida Airbnb experience and I’m looking to expand into the north Georgia mountains Ellijay or Blue Ridge I also just purchased a membership in the Northeast Georgia MLS so I have access to those properties as well.

River, I have bid on a few properties that would be great for short term but most of what I am looking at are for long term due to town restrictions and very good school districts.

As the tree is cleared and we get access to the property, what should be done to be most efficient? 

I want to provide access through the common wall of the two units of a duplex. nothing fancy, sort of a "doorway" without a door, same size of a door.

That means I'm coordinating access to the home which is a pain.Start networking now to find some folks you can lean on and build that local network.

My only roadblock is there is a deed restriction that states "No use of said property pursuant to rental agreement (oral, written, or otherwise) or other landlord - tenant relationship.
