I figured that was the case but just curious!

The company owes me (and a friend) over six figures each.

After talking to Latchel and trying to get it figured out, I told them I would take care of it myself because they have been completely incapable of solving the problem.

I know this is more of an investing forum, but I figured I'd reach out and see if members with an investing background would provide advice.We're preparing to purchase a vacation property in North Myrtle Beach.

@Beruk LessaneworkRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a Class A property in Class D area, what quality of tenant will you get?

If insurance approves the claim, I figure having the tenants cover the deductible would be fair. 

And @Scott Trench staff has helped me hone my page other wise I could not figure out how to load all the info into the profile pages and set mine up..

Numbers don't lie, do some math by figuring out where you can buy properties with targeted amount of cashflow per month.

I do have a lot of people who have started asking questions so I figured I would give the good and the bad from my experience over the last two years so others can make their own decision.

Also I should make it clear, I am really not all that successful of an agent, I'm not pulling down huge production numbers, but I'm also not really interested in sacrificing quality of service for volume and Ive not yet figured out how to scale in my way yet...but I've been at it about 3 years full time, so I'm still working it out I feel.
