The prices for a rehab are a great value (under $100,000) but I don't have time or mental energy to do a BRRRR (did a renovation in California and doing a rehab out of state doesn't sound appealing to me).

Has anyone found a reliable, competent and responsive real estate attorney they would recommend in the Austin areas?

As I go through this journey I have also decided to educate myself in real estate investment so that I can be best prepared for July 2020, this is the point when I will be debt-free and will be shifting all my energy to actively investing in real estate utilizing the BRRR method.To that end, I have made it a goal to analyze 2 properties per day so I can become familiar with my area and become comfortable analyzing properties...and that is where my issue is.

The ocean surface temperature in the Atlantic is already at a record high in basically late spring and that provides a lot of energy for big storms..

If you rely on this rental income, it needs to be reliable.
