I plan on getting a second house after I recycle my VA loan but we’ll see where that gets me.

I should point out - ideally I will value add on any deal I can, to recycle my money and scale as quickly as possible.

The reason I ask is I would rather recycle the Capital and pull my money out to keep investing if possible.
