The product appears to be more than just a coating as it goes on in some depth, then hardens into a seamless layer.

Having leaving leases line up so that any future owner can easily move in or even get financing is ideal.

The other half is: excellent finished product design and management at a reasonable cost.

I didn't stick around to see it sell but I'm betting it went to the plaintiff.Here's a question... if you could successfully line up financing in the period between the sheriff's sale and the confirmation hearing, could you close with bank financing?

Also, standard home products give 30 days for the dwelling to beoccupied :) Mycolleague is a great agent and he's in Utah!
